In this four-day mini workshop, hosted by the Art Hub, participants will explore skills that help them connect to text and fellow actors as they bring iconic scenes from big time shows to life. They will be able to create characters, hone their improvisational skills, and improve focus, auditioning, and performance techniques!
Day 1: Intro to Theater- We will be covering basic auditioning practices while incorporating theater games and getting to know one another.
Day 2: Casting- We will be introducing scenes, assigning roles, and reading through our parts while focusing on our characterization.
Day 3: Blocking- We will be introducing props, running through our scenes and preparing the show!
Day 4: Recording day!! 1 st hour run through and recorded show time!! Followed by a mini party!!
