Women have gathered in circle since ancient times. It is a place to come together, share, support each other and grow. The circle is a judgement free space and an important part of the circle is the opportunity for everyone to share and be heard in a safe space, without judgement, platitudes, pleasantries or coaching. The circle will begin with movement and a short meditation. Each month we will be exploring a new theme. There will be reflection questions that everyone will have an opportunity to speak about to the group. We will close the circle in movement. This class will meet monthly on the second Tuesday of each month. December's focus will be self-mastery: inside the human experience.
