H5M is Mohave County Arizona's first and only Meadery. Family owned and operated by native Kingmanites. Their passion for this ancient and unique beverage drove them to start H5M and produce an excellent product. At this time they are considered a nano-meadery as they produce less than 10,000 gallons per calendar year.
What is Mead?
Mead by definition is:
An alcoholic drink made of fermented honey and water.
H5M is going way beyond those basics and adding enticing and exciting flavors.
They source only 100% pure Arizona honey for their mead. Being the main and most important ingredient, their honey exceeds top quality specifications and is tested for purity. Honey sugar profiles vary by season and source. There have been more than 13 types of sugars found in honey, making mead very complex and unlike any other alcoholic beverage.
